hope-
knowing I will be catless
in two months

fifty inches of snow
unbroken white streets
lose their luster

big snow prep
needing only a few good books
to go with chili

before work
tossing the snow from my car
it winkles in the moonlight

very late commute-
enjoying the snow falling
and the still wet ground

over the weekend-
helping my sister with bad news
